Frenford relies on a passionate team of volunteers to help us create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for young people. From coaching and matchday roles to behind-the-scenes support, our volunteers are the heartbeat of the club, helping us deliver high-quality programmes that support over 5,000 local people each year.
We welcome individuals from all walks of life who want to give back, develop new skills, and be part of something meaningful. Whether you can spare an hour a week or more, there’s a role for you — coaching, mentoring, admin support, hospitality, social media, or simply being a positive presence on the pitch.
All volunteers at Frenford undergo a safer recruitment process, including references and enhanced DBS checks. We also provide access to relevant training such as safeguarding, first aid, and sport-specific qualifications. Volunteers are supported with ongoing CPD opportunities and become part of a friendly, values-driven community.
