Recreational Sessions

Weekly sport, arts and educational activities for young people of all ages and abilities, providing a safe and welcoming space to stay active, make friends and build confidence.

Our recreational sessions are open-access, inclusive and designed to give young people a safe and welcoming space to enjoy sports, stay active and connect with others. These sessions are often the first step for many young people engaging with football and sport, especially those who may not have access to structured teams or clubs elsewhere.

We deliver weekly drop-in sessions led by trained coaches and youth workers, who are focused on making every participant feel part of the club. Sessions are built around fun, teamwork, and personal growth, helping young people develop confidence, communication skills and a sense of belonging.

Recreational sessions also act as a key entry point to our wider player development pathway. Young people who demonstrate interest and commitment are supported to trial for competitive teams when ready, but there is never pressure to do so.

Whether your child is just starting out or looking for a space to play without the demands of formal competition, our recreational sessions are a great way to stay active, make friends and feel supported.

No experience necessary. Just turn up and play.
